This hole is best known as the hole on the North side below the Altmar Bridge. The hole is basically right down under and the North side always has a line of guys no mateer what time of year, regardless of the fishing. This is how it became known as the "Unemployeement Line". No matter what the weather or the conditions, count on a single file line of anglers. This hole can be fished from either North/South side and has easiest access of any hole on the river.
