Trout Brook is good during the same months as Orwell i.e. the spawning months. Trout Brook does not have alot of accessability and like Orwell is profoundly affected by changing water levels. For both Orwell and Trout Brooks it woul be best to stop in the shop and inquire as to whether or not it's worth the trip.
