This is probably the most popular and best known pool on the Salmon River. It holds fish year round and is excellent in the dead of winter. The School House Pool can be fished from either the North or South sides and is good in high or low water. don't forget to fish the two wire holes in this area. Just below the School House Pool here is a set of cables crossing the river. And about 300 yares below that is another set of cables. Both of these wire holes are productive.
