You can park on RT 2A near the Scholler Paper Company and walk in from there. The Railroad Pool and the Papermill Pool are often confused. They are in the same area with the actual distinction being that the Railroad Bridgr is the lower pool while the Papermill Pool is the upper pool. The Railroad Bridge Pool is best fished from the South side. While you are at this pool do not forget to go upstream and fish the falls.
